Information used to provide Danyx
Account and workspace information includes the identity supplied by your sign-in provider, name, email address and website. Audit records include URLs, extracted page content, findings, scores, crawl history and AI suggestions.
If you connect Google Search Console, we process the connected account, authorised properties, selected property, search performance metrics and access credentials needed to maintain the connection. Connection is optional; without it, Google-specific insights are unavailable.
Google permission is read-only and can cover all Search Console properties accessible to the Google account you connect. Danyx retrieves the property list so you can select the property for your website. It uses the selected property for performance insights and does not change your Search Console settings or your website. You can review or revoke access in your Google account connections.
We use service activity and technical records to operate the service, enforce allowances, investigate failures and protect accounts. Support conversations contain information you choose to send. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or credentials in page content or support messages.
Purposes and choices
We use information to deliver requested audits and suggestions, maintain your workspace, provide support, enforce usage limits and protect the service. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in secure operation and service improvement, consent where required, and legal obligations.
You choose whether to create an account, connect Google, request an AI Fix or open the chat. Information necessary for one of these functions must be provided to use that function. This does not mean that every processing activity is based on consent.
Providers and recipients
Hostinger hosts our production website and application and delivers requested sign-in emails. Email sign-in uses your email address, a temporary verification link and a session cookie to authenticate you. OpenAI’s API generates AI Fix suggestions from the relevant page and issue context, including selected Google performance context when available.
Google provides sign-in to Search Console and its authorised property and performance data. Google access tokens are encrypted in Danyx storage.
Crisp supplies the support chat when you open it. The integration does not automatically prefill your Danyx account identity. Service providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
Authorised Netgow personnel may access information for operation and support. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Paid checkout is currently disabled; payment processing disclosures will be updated before it opens.
Browser storage and measurement
Authentication and hosting services may use browser storage needed for sign-in and security. When Danyx acquisition tracking is enabled, sessionStorage holds a session identifier, campaign labels and referring hostname. Related activity is recorded to understand visits, audits, workspace creation and interest in Growth.
On the production website, audit tool and application, Google Analytics measures page views only after you accept analytics. It uses the Danyx Production property, separate from our other services. We remove query strings, report tokens and account paths from the page information we send, and do not send your email, audit content or Google Search Console data. Analytics is disabled on development environments and the Admin. Your choice is stored for six months across danyx.ai subdomains; you can reject analytics or withdraw your consent using Privacy settings. Refusing does not prevent you from using Danyx. Google processes the measurement data under its applicable terms and privacy policy. The chat loads when you open it and may then use its own browser storage. Your browser controls can clear or restrict storage, which may affect sign-in or support. Any consent controls required for a public launch must be in place before the corresponding optional tracking is enabled.
Retention and international processing
We retain account, workspace, audit and suggestion records while you use the service to maintain your workspace and its history. Accounts inactive for 12 months are reviewed, and we warn you before any deletion due to inactivity. This is a review process, not automatic deletion at the 12-month boundary.
To request account closure and deletion, email support@danyx.ai. We complete deletion within 30 days of your request, verifying your identity where necessary. Records that must be kept to meet a legal obligation are retained only for that purpose; we explain any applicable exception. Cancelling a subscription or revoking Google access does not itself request deletion.
Providers may process information outside your country, including outside Israel. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider arrangements must be confirmed for the public service; we do not claim that all data stays in one country.
Requests and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Send requests to support@danyx.ai. We may need to verify your identity without collecting more information than necessary. You can revoke Danyx’s Google access in your Google account settings; revocation prevents further authorised access but does not itself delete previously stored Danyx records.
Before public launch
This policy is prepared for pre-launch review. The production provider arrangements, verification of the deletion procedure and any required consent mechanism must be finalised before public launch. The final policy will carry its publication date.
