Danyx serves professionals and individual consumers. If you act for a company, you must be authorised to do so.

Your account and websites

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.

Only submit websites and connect Google properties that you own or are authorised to analyse. Claiming a Danyx workspace does not establish legal ownership of a domain. Do not use the crawler to obtain restricted information or bypass another service’s controls.

Analysis and suggestions

An audit covers the pages successfully accessed within your allowance; it may be a sample of a larger website. Results can be incomplete or affected by access restrictions and changes to the website.

AI Readiness is an assessment based on available evidence, not a guarantee that an AI system will cite your website. Google data can be delayed or incomplete.

AI Fix generates suggestions for supported issues. Review their accuracy, suitability and rights before applying them. Danyx does not automatically edit or publish changes to your external website. Rankings, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed.

Allowances and acceptable use

Free includes one website, up to 25 pages per crawl, one crawl per UTC calendar month and three successful AI Fix generations for the lifetime of the workspace and site. The planned Growth subscription allowances, including anniversary renewals and deduction of recent Free usage, are described in the Sales Terms.

Do not circumvent quotas, access another customer’s workspace, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful or malicious content. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse or protect accounts. Contact support to ask about a restriction.

Content and service rights

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us to process it as necessary to deliver the requested analysis and assistance, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Danyx does not transfer ownership of its software or brand. Third-party content and services remain subject to their applicable rights and terms.

Problems, changes and your rights

Contact support@danyx.ai to report an error, request account closure or discuss a complaint. Paid cancellation and refund arrangements are described separately in the Sales Terms and Refund Policy.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Maintenance, technical failures and external services can interrupt availability. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms must be communicated before they apply as required by law.
