Refund Policy

Availability

Growth subscriptions are not open for purchase yet. This page describes the approved commercial guarantee for launch. The processing arrangements will be finalised with the selected payment provider before payments open.

Who is covered

The guarantee covers both professionals and individual consumers making their first Growth payment. Request your refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date.

We will refund that first payment in full, including taxes paid on the refunded transaction where applicable. Normal use of crawls or AI Fix during this period does not remove this guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email support@danyx.ai with your account email and payment reference so that we can identify the transaction. You do not need to justify your dissatisfaction. Never send your password, complete card number or security code.

We will acknowledge the request and explain the processing steps. The refund will normally use the original payment method. Processing must respect applicable legal deadlines; bank posting times may vary.

Access and renewals

Refunding the first payment ends the related Growth access and stops future subscription charges. A refund does not itself request deletion of your account or audit records.

Renewal payments are not covered by this voluntary first-payment guarantee. You can cancel to prevent the next renewal. Rights to refunds or other remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your legal rights

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

This commercial guarantee is additional to mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed services. It does not require you to waive those rights.
